Accountability Guide

One Voice is committed to advancing public confidence and support for the nonprofit sector by exemplifying ethical practices, accountability, and the highest standards of quality service. In 2008, One Voice approved a Nonprofit Accountability Policy, encouraging members to commit to accountability standards. Every 18 months, the Standards of Excellence Committee updates the One Voice Accountability Guide, which includes resources and guidance for improving the quality of our organizations, as well as an organizational self-assessment which our members complete. Responses to the self-assessment are compiled and used to help us establish mentorships, identify areas for group improvement, and design programmings and trainings. Individual agency information is kept confidential.
